A specific reception service is available for travellers with reduced mobility. It is open every day from 5:45 a.m. to midnight. These times are also valid on public holidays.

The Paris-Nord station has two waiting areas on level 0 and level +1. They are accessible from Monday to Sunday from 4:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., including public holidays. Euronord parking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Effia car park, accessible by wheelchair, is operational from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m..
