The Gare du Nord station in Paris has two information kiosks. The one on level 2 is open every day from 6:30 a.m. to 9:.30 p.m. and the second one, on level 0, remains accessible until 00.50 am. A specific reception service is available for travellers with reduced mobility. It is open every day from 5:45 a.m. to midnight. These times are also valid on public holidays.

 

If you take tickets between Paris and Brussels for children aged 4 to 14, the Young Traveller service allows them to benefit from adapted activities that will keep them busy and provide them with optimal safety.

 

The Paris-Nord station has two waiting areas on level 0 and level +1. They are accessible from Monday to Sunday from 4:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., including public holidays. For even more comfort, do not hesitate to wait at the Salon Grand Voyageur if you have the opportunity, you will find it on level 0 opposite track 14.

Access and mobility around the Paris-Nord station

The Gare du Nord is served by the N01, N02, N14, N43, N44 and N143 coach lines. If you plan to reach the station by bus, lines 26, 38, 39, 43, 46, 48, 56, 65, 302 and 350 are all options to consider when booking tickets from Brussels to Paris. Metro lines 2, 4 and 5 as well as RER lines B, D and E also serve the station.

Park around the Paris-Nord station

Euronord parking is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Effia car park, accessible by wheelchair, is operational from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m.. For a fast drop off, you have the choice between the Effia car park and the Napoleon III square. All you have to do is determine the schedule of your stay.
