Once you have paid for your ticket, a confirmation page will be displayed. You will receive this booking confirmation by email. It will serve as your e-ticket. You can print it out and present it on board or simply show the booking confirmation on your smartphone. In this case, you will need internet connection.
When booking your ticket(s), you (or the person who made the booking for you) should have received the ticket(s) via email (.pdf format). Ticket(s) need(s) to be printed when accessing the platform to board the train.
You may also access your reservation details directly in your dedicated booking space “my reservation” with your booking reference and email address.
If you have lost your booking reference to access the booking space directly on the IZY website, you urgently need to contact our online support via webform, leaving the “booking reference” field blank, but specifying your travel date, name, firstname and email. Customer support will do its best to sort you out and send your ticket(s) back as soon as possible. (IMPORTANT: please make sure to send your request at least 3 days at the very latest before travel).
Your train ticket is non-refundable, so you cannot cancel it. However, you can make a new booking whenever you want.
Unfortunately not. After booking, your train ticket cannot be altered or exchanged. If your plans have changed, you can always buy another ticket at our best prices.
Since you are benefitting from low prices, your train ticket is non-refundable. However, you can make another booking for the date of your choice.
Each ticket is valid for a journey on a specific train. If you did not take that particular train, your ticket is unfortunately void.
If the confirmation page is not displayed and you did not receive an email confirmation, your booking has not been completed. If you’re not sure whether your payment went through, you can always contact your bank. If the failure of payment is confirmed, you can restart the secure payment process.

After your booking on IZY.com, you receive a confirmation email as proof of your ticket purchase. Keep in mind that this email is not a valid ticket. You cannot use it to step on board of the train.
