Courtesy and politeness are expected on board the IZY trains. Running, pushing or barging past other passengers is of course not permitted. If a passenger needs some help, don’t hesitate to give them a hand.
IZY trains are strictly non-smoking. We ask you to respect this rule for the courtesy of the other passengers.
Yes, because the train is a space shared between all the passengers. Please do not raise your voice, put your mobile phone in silent mode, speak quietly when making a call or having a conversation, and listen to your music with earphones in order to respect your fellow passengers. It will be very much appreciated.
Please put your bags in a suitable place so as not to block the aisle with large items and pieces of luggage. Luggage racks are available in the vestibules between the carriages for large luggage as well as above the seats for your hand baggage.
Your luggages stay under your full responsability all along your journey. IZY delines all responsability in case of loss or steal.
Of course you can! The Standard XL spaces are equipped with electrical outlets for you to recharge and enjoy your electronic devices during your trip.
We offer assistance for boarding which you can arrange when you book your journey (for more information see the "boarding and ticket inspection" section of the FAQ). On board, you can benefit from a specially designed wheelchair space and a seat with a movable base. The toilets are specially designed to provide easy access.
For reasons of safety, courtesy and politeness, we ask you to give priority to passengers with reduced mobility, pregnant women, elderly people and children.
Please also be careful not to block the aisle with large bags or pieces of luggage.
Out of respect for your fellow passengers and the environment, we ask you to keep the train clean by not throwing anything on the floor. Bins are at your disposal throughout the train and at each seat.
Out of respect for your fellow passengers, we ask you the leave the toilets as clean as you would like to find them and not to throw anything on the floor or into the toilet.
